I am on Winrevair, uptravi, ambrisenten and tadalafil. Costs are over $55,000 a month. Co-pays would be killing me if it for the help I get. First, I am rated catastrophic so I pay nothing accept for co-pay. But even that is expensive. So I use
HealthWell Foundation. They pay 100% of co-pays. Here are some other organizations that may be helpful.

Excellent Christine! We each are the drivers of our own health. We must take responsibility for that. Don't sit in the back seat. Do what Christine did. And ask for help! Everyone here has a different but related experience and we can all learn from each other.
David, thank you for the useful information. I'm not in need, but some are. Have a blessed week, and a nice fall weekend.
Great resources, David. Thank you for sharing. I've had the good fortune of obtaining co-pay assistance annually through The Assistance Fund. Recently the pulmonologist wanted me to begin Dupixent for my asthma. My Part D program declined multiple appeals as I don't meet their requirements. The specialist in the pulmonologist's office way able to get the drug manufacturer to provide the drug at no cost. Without this assistance I would not be able to afford this medication as it is a whopping $4500/mo. Why share this? Because there is always a way to secure assistance with medications. It just takes time.
I was with acredo at first. Had to switch to CVS. But Credo was very good
I know also that Acreedo can help as well. They have a program (or hook you up with a program) called co pay assist. I didn't even gave to ask, they asked me about it and I have never had a co pay. I have 3 meds through them. If they dont mention it to you, ask them about it.
