Yes, my voice is often hoarse. I am never sure if it because of the PAH or if it is a side effect of the medications or both. I sing in the Praise Team at church. Between the hoarse-ness and the stuffiness and congestion, I am not sure if I will be able to sing much longer. I never know when the symptoms might subside and grant me relief for a day. That does happen occasionally.

Yes at times it's fine other go speak it's hoarse . Pulomary tends blame my Trelogy however if that's case it should be that way constantly. It's like restriction on my vocal cords .

My voice has changed. I had a severe cough for almost a year that scarred my vocal cords. I did speech therapy and that helped some. PAH may have also contributed.

Same here Heather. It takes all I have to just navigate daily things much less sing. I'm happy to hear they are still able to use their voice for that.

I am sometimes surprised when I read how many posters here sing! I don't have enough breath in me to really sing anymore...even Happy Birthday can sometimes be a challenge. Then again, considering my voice, the world is probably better off.
