Hi Cathy534, I also have ILD and just mild PH but I also have hoarseness, it is worse if it humid outside for me, I actually have to go back to an ENT in September since it seems to have gotten worse after an upper respiratory infection this past spring. My ENT moved out of state so I had to wait almost 3 months to get into another ENT up north from me. I have been diagnosed with LPR (the silent reflux) back about 5 years ago and chronic sinusitis, I don't have the old Gym voice I used to have when I was coaching college volleyball or even my lecture voice for teaching some classes.
It can, some days I believe my hoarsness can get worse due to PH.
