A good day for me means I have the energy to get up .... Spend some time outside, play with my dogs and cats.
Kris this is a nice topic. Now not trying to gross out anyone but with my PH, Diabetes, and Parkinson's, I have urinary incontinence. A good day is how seldom I pee in my attends. I have made it complete days occasionally and that is in the recent months. I've had it for about 5 years. It takes a lot of sexiest feelings out of myself. A News Eve baby perhaps. But I cannot burst into a room because of my SOB. And I did write this to show it happens to me and I'd bet it happens to others. It is just an unpleasant illness.

A Good day for me one that is pretty …….Blue Skies, seeing the flowers coming up, hearing & seeing the birds singing their songs & flying about & watching the busy squirrels running here & there & feeling good …..sitting out in the fresh air 🙂. To me…….this is a very nice day 😀😀😀😀
