Members with pulmonary hypertension shared experiences of heart palpitations, especially at night, with many describing the fear and discomfort they cause, including one member who works to avoid panic attacks when symptoms start. Several members emphasized the importance of consistent oxygen use, with one sharing that their doctor cautioned against staying off oxygen too long as it can worsen PAH, while others mentioned wearing heart monitors to rule out serious concerns and planning to discuss symptoms with their doctors. A recurring theme was finding comfort in faith and community support while navigating the anxiety of nighttime symptoms and managing multiple health challenges.

Your right about that and I don't just have PH I have many other illnesses going on that I've been fighting and I get tired. I'm not afraid to die I don't know how long GOD wants me to fight this fight but I'm going to give it all I have until MY GOD CALLS ME HOME. Thank you for your concern and I really appreciate our talks. GOD BLESS YOU.

I also have palpitations, and occasional chest pressure. But I want to share this, my doctor told me not to stay off of oxygen too long or too often, because it can make the PAH worse. Best wishes, and God bless you

I have palpitations. I've worn monitors to make sure it's nothing to worry about. It's not fun. If you're worried I would for sure talk to your doctor
