Kris, I would be very careful about trying to get providers to treat you the way you want them to. It doesn't mean they're not good providers. You have the option to go to other providers, but the outcomes could be similar.
The variables of symptoms and treatments for people on this site are many . Nothing is black and white, or guaranteed.

To be really honest, I wasn't interested in seeing your repeated complaints about the doctors and their office staff and I just wanted to avoid seeing those posts. I didn't expect what happened to you when you tried to respond to my question. I learned a big lesson and I'm sorry if I upset you. It wasn't personal. Thanks

I knew we could block people...I had actually briefly thought about blocking a person quite a while ago and decided against it and that person ended up disappearing from the site anyway. Most public chat sites offer blocking as an option.

Good morning Kris. I didn't/don't mean to silence you in any way. Just because I wasn't interested in that subject doesn't mean other members felt that way. I'm very sorry that you have had so many issues with your doctor's office and that your options are so limited where you live. It makes me appreciate my situation even more. I hope that you and I can move past this and I'm looking forward to following you in the future. 🫂

Hi, thank you for telling me what bothered you about things that I've said. What was the most disheartening was just not knowing what I said that left you feeling the need to block me. To add fuel to my fire was that I thought I was having navigational issues as I so often do, then it hit like a ton of bricks when I discovered that that must be what happens when a person gets blocked. I have had a really difficult time w/ providers. Did not really fully acknowledge it until meeting this online group of people, and realizing that numerous members have very good health care providers. I've learned a lot from this group, in a short period of time, regarding every aspect of dealing w/ this condition. You may not be the only person tired of hearing about my provider issues. Going thru this situation that I find myself in, perhaps I bored, burdened, etc.etc. the group.
I did a lot of thinking over the last couple of days, and came to the conclusion that other than when I need advice regarding a certain provider situation I will dial it back.
To anyone who is reading this: I just want to share the last thing I have to say about my Dr. issues. W/ my primary care n.p., after gathering knowledge here & from my R.N. sister, it is simply a matter that the n.p. idea of a treatment plan for me does not align w/ the treatment plan I envision for myself. It is in direct conflict with what I believe to be the correct treatment. That may change when I get sicker & closer to my deathbed.
