I moved. LOL I left New York mainly due to the humidity which was impacting a separate lung issue that I had, Luckily, Arizona is a very PH friendly state.
I looked up face coverings and scarfs and a wool blend is good, but I'm allergic to wool. π΅βπ« So not for me. Also a copper blend is mentioned. Copper is used in really cold climates to insulate face masks. Keeps the air warm as you breath. I may look into a copper blend scarf or neck scarf that you can pull up over your mouth and nose. Maybe that can help others if you need something more. π
I found wearing mask gives me my warm breath to breath in along w scraf wrapped around my nose n mouth .
I've upgraded to wearing a neck warmer it pull ls up covers mouth n nose much more comfortable and warmer. See photo found on Amazon these if input name get them under $5.00
And 33 would feel like a heat wave here, -2 is our low and 17 our high with snow today, light snow big flakes, so it looks nice if you don't have to go out in it.
