I would suggest seeing an ophthalmologist. Because of CREST you may have eye inflammation, something I experience because of Sjogren's. The swelling can also be associated with seasonal allergies. Besides the prescription cyclosporine drops I use, I also use Refresh Optive MEGA drops. They contain flax seed oil and are quite soothing. On really bad itchy eye days I use Alaway allergy eyedrops if the Refresh drops aren't cutting it.
