I have also used Biotene with decent results as well as the sugar-free lemon & mint cough drops by Ricola. I also like sugar free hard candy. I have also tried XyliMelts which are odd little tablets that can gently adhere to your gum or back tooth to make them hard to detect. My dentist recently gave me a sample of a product called Xerostom labeled as a "saliva subtitute", but I have not tried it yet. I hope something here helps! Have a good day.

There is a new product called ice ( Walgreens) I have used Biotin not much help. I have found too, that my dry mouth has destroyed my good teeth! Now to be pulled because of decay. My dentist told me confirmed this. I have spent thousands of dollars to keep my teeth in good condition, until I suffered from dry mouth.I had all my teeth at 85. Five years later losing them one to two at a time! Please try to get something to stop your dry mouth!

There is a toothpaste and a mouth wash for dry mouth. Can you eat sugar free hard candy?
