What To Take For Sleep

I don't sleep at night. Up all night until morning. Can anybody tell me do they have a problem sleeping. Can't take any fever reliever pm medication for night time sleep. I have COPD and on oxygen, symbicort inhaler and albuterol inhaler. My immune system won't let me take much.

I put a couple pillows under my knees because I have scoliosis, degenerative discs, and osteoarthritis. It might help other symptoms too.

With our health issues we really dont get to excersise. Thats part of it. I do add melatonin with night meds. With my neuropathy nights can be hard. Thank goodness for Salonpas to help with the pain. I do tape them on or they fall off. Even using can goods to do arm curls can help you excersise some. Getting up and down in your chair multible times until you get tired. Any kind of excersise during the day will help you sleep better.
