I was told by a clinical pharmacist that the effects of Letairis would not be noticed until 4-6 weeks. Is this accurate?

I have PH and also COPD, ILD and rheumatoid arthritis. I am on Letairis for the PH, Spiriva and Breo for lungs and Celebrex for arthritis. All along I have assumed that the SOB when exerting myself too much, or bending over, is from lung issues and the pounding heart is the PH, but could ALL of these symptoms be PH? I'm on 3 liters O2 for exercising and 2 at night. How can I know what meds are working for what problem? I've got checkups with heart and lung docs at the end of May… read more
I feel very fatigued, Dizzy and short of breath most/All days. Especially after trying to do something for an hour or so the day before. I have been like this for 2.5-3 years. It is at those times when I feel "left behing" and… read more

Most other days, I can do one thing a day, such as laundry, vacuuming, etc. I’m asleep by 2 pm and seldom am able to visit with friends. I am grateful to be alive and still work on my calligraphy which helps calm me down. Has anyone explored other avenues that might be causing the… read more
