Sildenifil is something I take everyday. 3 times a day. It by all recogning has kept my PH in check until 2024 when I had a pulmonary embolism in my right lung after a simple sinus polups operation. Since that time, I have had good days and bad days, with an emphasis on bad days. I am now going through right heart caths, cat scans and echocardiograms to reset my baseline and figure out how my medications should be adjusted. I don't think they will do away with the Sildenifil, but add addition medications to it.
