@A myPHteam Member I love doing jigsaw puzzles. I find it makes time go by quickly and I get so focused that my mind is off any symptoms for that period of time.
I like doing adult coloring books. Very relaxing. I also like crossword puzzles.
Yeah I'm way better than I was when I was hypoxic and didn't know it like literally I was killing myself to make it through a shift at work but I had no idea what was wrong I just kept pushing thru and my manager told me to go to er I finally did and then I rushed away to another hospital to pulmanary ICU and I guess I'd been going hypoxic for while pushing thru I'm lucky to be alive but I applied for disability like forever ago but someone told me it takes forever to get approved I just hate being reliant on everyone and I did adopt a dog so I am somewhat more active but I still need to roll my oxygen with me on her short walks hhmmm I guess I need another low impact hobby so I don't get so depressed 😔
With me I get tired easily, barley can stand up a long time. I don't think I can work don't feel bad u not along.
