I've found I need to sit down for some tasks with meal prep. I am not short of breath but the static standing is wearisome.
I was just talking about how long it takes me to do ANYTHING. What used to be a half hour chore has turned into a half day one. LOTS of breaks. But oh well, it’s not like some magazine is going to be here later to photograph my home (although if Hoarders gets wind of my place…). Just do what you can when you can.
I am doing better, but still takes effort and extra time. Every time.
My husband does all my chopping for me but I do a lot sitting down. I do what prep I can early in the day so the time is split up.
Heck…I can’t even unload the dishwasher in one round.
Hi Ann, it takes me a long time also. And I need to take alot of breaks. And I do alit of prepping sitting at my kitchen Island. It is very hard for me to stand for long periods. Even cleaning my house takes a few days. I basically do one room a day. And even on that one day doing just one room I take a lot of breaks. It is a whole different life with PAH! But I make the best of it and do what I can. Enjoy your Sunday and God bless you! 🙌
