I’m about to start ambrisentan. I currently take sildenafil. Can anyone share their side affects with ambrisentan. When you felt better.

Nasal congestion is the most common side effect I've experienced since starting Ambrisentan in January 2023. I will say that I'm also on Tadalafil and it does the same thing to me. I've learned how to endure it though. I noticed by the end of 2023 I was feeling better than I had been. More importantly, on my most recent RHC this past May my pulmonary pressure was back in the normal range.

I had really bad congestion, to the point it felt like I wasn't raking any allergy meds and Im on two a day all year long. I had to stop it.
