I’m on Winrevair and it’s fantastic! Has really made a difference in my PAH. I’m also on Opsynvi and Remodulin. I didn’t get many effects when I started Winrevair. I already had severe fatigue and pain so those didn’t come from the med. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, fibromyalgia, and degenerative joint disease on top of PAH so those continue my fatigue and pain way more than meds.

I'm on Winrevair. It helps a lot. I also take Opsynvi. These are miracle drugs. However there are a lot of side effects. The worst ones for me are extreme fatigue, nausea and rashes.

Winrevair has been a game changer for many. It is currently only for Group 1 patients. I am in Group 2. Winrevair works most effectively when it is used in conjunction with 2 or 3 other pathway medications. Like taking Opsumit and Adempas along with Winrevair.
