I have crest also. Not necessarily the cause. Check thyroid levels and other blood tests.
Hi Kay, I also have crest syndrome which includes Raynaud's phenomenon. I'm cold most of the time. We have the AC on for the family, but I have a sweatshirt on.
My PH was first diagnosed when I was in hospital with micoplasm pneumonia. I had the sensation that I was breathing air so cold it was painful to inhale. Since I got out I have the impression that my chest is always cold. I always wear a camisole under my top, and have a lightweight jacket or pashmina at hand... I live in the Caribbean, tropical weather with temperature around 90 degrees year round.
It is another form of scleroderma.
