I was recently dx'ed and have not yet met with a pulmonogist. My BP also runs quite low. Not sure if that is relevant.

it could very well be the low bp...I was experiencing that too while my systolic numbers were in the mid to high 80's. Now that I've tapered off my Adempas, my bp is back to normal as is my comfort level.

Feeling cold all the time is not directly mentioned as a symptom of pulmonary hypertension (PH) in the provided context. However, cold weather can exacerbate PH symptoms. For instance:

- Cold air and freezing winds can make breathing more difficult for those with PH.
- Raynaud’s phenomenon: People with PH may experience this condition, where exposure to cold causes blood vessels in fingers and toes to constrict, turning them red or purple.

If you are experiencing persistent coldness, it is best to discuss this with your doctor to determine the cause and appropriate management.

I am not sure if you take any blood thinners. When I took warfarin, I was always cold.

Hi Jane, do you also have scleroderma and raynauds disease? Because that can make you feel cold 🥶 all the time. I have both and I am cold all the time unless it's 80 + degrees out. God bless.❤️
