I’m anticipating a move down in altitude from my current 7000 ft residence to 800 ft location, but it’s in Missouri And higher in humidity (Lake of the Ozarks). Wondering what experiences you’ve had with higher humidity. Thanks.

Hi Phyllis. My best friend lives in Ava, MO and constantly complains about all the rain and humidity. There are also lots of ticks and chiggers and mosquitoes, etc. She has COPD. I suggest you do lots of homework before you move and go visit for a week or more first during summertime.
I live at 5,000 ft and went to a town outside of Ft. Worth, TX for a few days last August at low altitude, and my oxygen saturation didn't increase during that time. The humidity was so high that we had to stay indoors. Best wishes

I have found I need to avoid both altitude and humidity. So where I live in Arizona is perfect for me. Very PH friendly.
