I take Opsumit and my #s have dropped since I started using it.

So has being on Opsumit caused any side effects? Mainly, does it congest your sinuses to the point of misery & stopped up way more than clear to breather thru?

I have been taking opsumit for over 10 years and it has helped. Now my PAH has gotten worse and my Doctor had added Uptravi along with the Opsumit.

Kris2, I have been on Ambrisentan for years and it does cause a stuffy nose, at least for me. I also have bad RA, and some of those meds cause stuffy/runny as well. I take a simple loratadine for the days it’s really bad, but I would rather have a stuffy nose than to have the worse symptoms for both. See what your doc says.
