Stay in if you can. Cold dry air isn't good and cold damp air isn't either, for me. Face mask or sarfs and stay warm.

I live in rural PA, just got 2-3 inches of snow it's pretty cold out there. Temp is going to be in the high teens. We are going to let our water drip in the sinks so it doesn't freeze. I don't go outside unless I absolutely have to. I can't breathe out there,even on oxygen.
