I am taking sildenafil which addresses the Nitric Oxide pathway. Someone told me that I should not be administered pain relief gases such as Entonox because the two combined could result in a sharp drop in blood pressure. Is this true? Would it be wise to have a medical alert bracelet (or similar) to ensure that this does not happen in any emergency situation?????
