What kind of Doctor can determine if my PH and/or PH symptoms are caused by an autoimmune disorder?

The exercise test results I recently received caused concern and confusion among my Care Team. After I reviewed the test results on Google I found several references to autoimmune disorders that can cause PH and/or PH like symptoms. I find myself concerned that PH is a symptom rather then the underlying cause of my illness.
