Members shared their personal experiences with managing sinus congestion while living with pulmonary hypertension, with several noting that Flonase has been helpful when used consistently and after consulting their doctors or pharmacists. Practical tips included using a Neti Pot or saline rinse before Flonase, trying natural options like copaiba oil near the nostrils, and noting that some PAH medications like ambrisentan can cause sinus symptoms as a side effect. A recurring theme was the importance of checking with your own medical team before starting any new medication, while the community also rallied around a member whose symptoms worsened and offered warm support during a difficult time.
