Hi Geege, It is difficult to control the weight even with diuretics. It is mostly water. I eat very little as I am overweight but it does not budge even dieting. I am now under a Dr. who is giving me injections but it is still hard going. Our weather in Australia is very hot at the moment and you need to drink a lot as you sweat a lot. So keeping fluid down is hard. Also we are older and the metabolism slows down.

Hi Geege, I have not experienced any weight gain so far. By not knowing what tests or meds you are on I suppose it could be fluid. I would definately ask your doc. Good luck and have a blessed day
