I was diagnosed with PAH in 2022. Shortly thereafter I was prescribed Tadalafil. A few months later Ambrisentan was added. I had a second RHC approximately a year later. My pulmonary pressure has dropped from 36 to 17. I don't feel 100% from a respiratory standpoint but I do have asthma too. However, I feel so much better than I did prior to diagnosis.

Yes, I'm much better since treatment was started. At first I was put on CPAP which has helped my breathing at night. After further testing with a PH specialist I was prescribed two medications for PAH and my test results are much improved and I feel a lot better.
