The pain is constant even with pain meds. They are not working. I have had multiple injections. But nothing is working.

I understand your concerns. I need hip surgery and am so fearful of any kind of anesthesia. I'm having a battery replacement in my pacemaker soon. My doctor told me he has a cardio anesthesiologist working with him and it will be at a heart hospital. That is some assurance.
