Sildenafil and Opsumit are medications prescribed for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension which is in the WHO (World Health Organization) Group 1.
I have attached a chart for you to have a look at.
Oxygen can be prescribed for all groups if needed.
Trelegy is usually prescribed for COPD and/or Asthma. Some people have COPD in addition to their Pulmonary Hypertension.
I agree, it sounds like you fall into the Group 1 category or PAH. What is the cause of your PH?
