Has Anyone Experienced Hemiparalysis Of The Diaphragm?

EP procedure found paralysis of diaphragm on the right side. Diaphragm did not respond to direct stimulation of phrenic nerve.

I was unaware of paralysis, but have the most ridiculous time trying to do diaphragmatic breathing. I had a sniff test done at one time and was told that it was normal. This was an unexpected finding during another procedure. I do not have any of the symptoms that you have other than the feeling that I am unable to take a good deep breath.

Barbara855, Could you explain more what this is and what it feels like. I have been having rediculious issues with my diaphragm area and I figure it's apart of PH and/or heart disease so I don't speak on it much. It's a constant pressure feeling swollen, can't stand up straight when it's really bothering me. I just want to take a good clear deep breath! Almost feels like a belt pulled tight around my upper torso
