I Have PAH. Does Anyone Have Low Blood Pressure After Being On Medications For A Year?

hi, I have PAH and was diagnosed in 2021 after 7 years of shortness of breath. I am on 4L of oxygen since April 2022, was 2L for 7 years. I have been taken off 2 blood pressure medicines that I have been taking since 2004 and I have an ICD implant since 2005 for cardiomyopathy. My blood pressure can be quite low at times and nurse said to not panic unless it gets below 80/50. I have been on Adempas since August 2021 and Opsumit since March 2022. Hi Rose3. I'm on Adempas since August and Opsumit since September of this year. My blood pressure and pulse lowered after starting them but I haven't had the fatigue you're describing. Do you have any testing scheduled to check your progress?
