Hi Valerie, I was on winrevair for about 8 - 9 months, and I did not have any side effects other than I have scleroderma and scleroderma causes me to have these veins in my stomach which bleed very easy so my PH dr took me off of winrevair. But while I was on it I did very good my heart was normal again pressure in lungs went way down. And now since I have been off my heart isn't good anymore, my pressure in lungs is back up to severe again. In my opinion itvis a miracle drug and if your Dr starts you on it, i wish you well! My Dr is supposed to start that after I my next visit they gave me lots of info on it but the side effects of that one they told me was thickinging or thinning of blood effecting blood pressure but I haven't actually been started on it yet I am on romodulin and sildenefil low dose but I'm still adjusting it up on both. My Drs told me my first pah that I'd be on 3 or 4 therapies as part of my treatment plan.
Valerie: If you haven’t seen a PH specialist yet, are you already on any PAH meds? Generally patients have to be on 2 if not 3 other PAH meds concurrently before Winrevair can be added.
PAH is treated by 4 “pathway” medications with Winrevair being the 4th pathway.

Great that you're preparing questions for your first PAH specialist visit! Winrevair (sotatercept) is a newer, first-in-class treatment approved for adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (WHO Group 1).
