I have an Apple smart watch that does O2 and pulse. I prefer my wellue ring. With the watch I have to push the button to make the watch take a reading. My husband says you can set up a sleep mode on the watch that will take a reading every 30 minutes. I haven’t figured that out because I like the ring better.

The ring just constantly monitors, blue tooths the data to an app on my phone and will chart drops, O2 and pulse. It also scores your O2. It also alarms when my O2 goes under 88% or heart rate goes over 120 or under 55. (You can set the alarm values to whatever you want or shut them off).

The rings pitfalls are: the battery in the ring only last about 12 hours and it’s big for a ring. To combat the charging issue, I have two (one charges while I wear the other).

Wellue also makes a blue tooth blood pressure monitor I’m thinking of trying. You can find more info on wellue at the wellue site or on amazon. Amazon is where I got mine.

My dad has two rings and he recommended them to me. He said his doctor liked it because he can just bring up the color coded graph of his values. I haven’t seen my doctor since I got my ring to know if my doctor will like that too.

Does anyone on this team have a smart watch to monitor vitals?
