Difference Between Fatigue And Inertia

Difference Between Fatigue And Inertia

I hear about having fatigue with PAH, where people want to sleep all day and are still tired. But I find some days I can stay in my chair for absolute hours and do nothing. I think of that as inertia. Is that the same thing with a different name?

I agree. I do the same thing. My Cardiopulmunoligist wants me to walk 30 minutes a day. Just thinking about it depresses me to much to walk at all. Idk? I try 10 minutes. If I make that perhaps I'll try 11 minutes the next day. Go from there. Day to day. Appreciate every day, hour, minute you have ๐Ÿ™‚

I get oxygen starved and consequently muscle-tired, so there is a difference. Are you ever too tired to CHEW?
That would be one gauge and standard to check up on.
I continue the fight.
