Do You Travel? How?

Do You Travel? How?

I am on 4 liters of oxygen at continuous flow. I use a big bulky concentrator at home and tanks when I go out. I would love to travel four hours for an overnight trip to meet my new great niece. I just don’t see how this is possible logistically. Any thoughts?

I am on 5 to 6 liters of oxygen and I have an Inogen One that I purchased to be able to go places. It has a car charger and a house charger. It last 4 or 5 hours according to the number of liters you are on.
I’m flying to Virginia in June for my grandson’s wedding and I will use it on the plane. Lincare will send a concentrater to my hotel to use while I am there.
Hope this helps.

If you have a portable concentrater you can get an adapter to plug into the car.

Nancy, good luck finding help. Wear theirs a will theirs a way !! We use to travel with my father but we had to use cylinders. America Airlines let us bring an extra one on the plane. My sister arranged this but she has passed so I can't asked her who she spoke with. I just know it was someone in customer service. A manager, he was going from Philadelphia to Palm Springs. I hope this helps. All they can say is no. Noooooo
