Has Anyone Had She Has Come Up After Being Diagnosed With Pulmonary Hypertension

how does someone like me manage having to have a cardiologist, a pulmonologist, a gynecologist, now I need a thyroid doctor and I just am getting very irritated with all these doctor appointments I know it's important but how do I manage that and have a life or is this my new life

Nicole for right now your doctors are looking to each others skills for answers to their opinions and treatment decisions. Ask them if they can work as a team. Meet together and discuss your case. Many times they need you to request this procedure. If they are all assigned to 1 or more hospitals that helps but with Zoom and other ways they can get together and discuss and sometimes argue among themselves to come to a diagnoses that provides an agreed way to treat you medically.

I am afraid to tell but you will see your Dr's more often and PH can lead to other illnesses in the body. Whatever comes up needs to be addressed by a Dr in that area. Your whole life will be turned upside down. But.........you can still have time for yourself. Go day by day and do what you can and what you want to. Dr. Visits are a pain but you get used to them. Enjoy your life while you can

I’m dealing with the same thing. If it weren’t for Drs appointments I wouldn’t have any social life. I’m thinking this is part of getting older and the new life we have before us. God Bless❤️
