I work full time. I don't feel quite as tired, if I sit down and relax for a while when I get home. Of course, my daughter helps with the house work and laundry and my husband does most of the cooking. Of course, I only found out about the PH and COPD about a year ago. I am determined to live as an active life style as possible for as long as I can. Have a good evening.

Is anyone able to continue working full time with pulmonary hypertension ? I’m a registered nurse and found it too difficult.

Hi Sandi...good luck finding out on the 21st.....mine was found a little over 2 months ago.....it is institial fibrosis...on the alevio ,,,think they are on the left side...not sure...it is the covering of those cells where the oxygen goes through to breathe.....had one blood test done after a month of esbriet...which is supposed to slow down the scarring...there are 2 new meds for this....the other one is olvi....not spelled right....but you can look them up....
My shortness of breath does not seem to be so bad like it was before so I think the meds might be working..also have high blood pressure under control with lossarton...and lasix for fluid retntion...also have valve problem...aortic stenosis.....meds cause me insomnia....going for second blood test soon to check how the meds are doing with my liver.....good luck....I alsohave depression and anxiety....taking meds for these too....
