Hi guys I’m 19 years old with mild ph pressure of 40. I have taken adcirca it made me pass out, I’m currently on opsumit been on for 1 week and feels like breathing is not getting any better, maybe it’s too soon but my body reacts to medicine quick. I have group 1 PAH due to CHD that got closed. I also run low blood pressure so the medication is sometimes hard to find. Does anyone know or recommend any medication that I can ask my doc?? All the meds have side effects. We have to learn to live with them. It's better than the alternative.
I take Letairis, Tadalafil, Causes severe nasal congestion, aching bones, and head-aches. Also take Trilogy diuretics, Prednisone, which causes hunger, weight gain, water retention, blood sugar problems. But, I can breathe.

I take both Opsumit 10mg and Adempas 2.5 mg TID, Work really well together. I’m WHO group 1 PAH. Also take Adoro inhaler, Allegra, Furosemide, Prednisone and Montelucast (Singular). Good combo. Changed my life.
