Half an avacodo a day helps lose weight and cuts belly fat. Need more protein if your hungry all the time. I gained 50 lbs on pred in 202. Got up to 219. I was able to go swimming with my oxygen. I have a 20 fot hose, green hose. Stay at the side of pool swim twenty ft one was stp and breath and check oxygen level with finger checker. Swim back 20 feet. I put oxygen in middle with bunji cord on a stable fixture. Also walked mile a day. Lost 34 pounds in 2 years. Been holding at 185. Then stomach issues. Had water wt edema. In hosp in feb for 10 days. Also have abnormal heart beat. Lost another 30 lbs. Now I weigh 155 to 160. More to 160. Weigh myself everyday. If I gain wait was taking 20 lasix. In hospital they had me on 60 lasix twice a day.. i do feel better. However stomach issue still here.

Hi i am new to this so i been reading some posts here , i have wonderful Dr.s i get frustrated too i try to lose weight but it is super hard and seems like the older I get the harder it is! Especially medications I am on make me so hungry and I take Prednisone a lot and that really makes me hungry! I try real hard! I am tired a lot I been sleeping in late because I don't sleep well at night too much on my mind. But my Dr;s are great especially my regular Dr. I feel like I am disappointing her but she tells me she is never disappointed she knows how hard I try. with having severe arthritis in my knees and being so heavy I can barely walk and thank God for disability scooters or I would never get outdoors. In the winter I am always so depressed because I am stuck in doors so that doesn't help with losing weight either!
