what if O2 saturation drops below 90? Stop? Keep exercising anyway? Reduce intensity?
Get yourself a pulse oximeter, this way you know what your levels are always. For me I find that just walking and increasing the amount I do is enough. It does make my mental health better and it makes the lungs stronger so I feel better over all
My goes as low as 86-87. I can’t tell when it is dropping. I am told to stop immediately, drink some cold water & check the 02 level. When the level goes back to 90+ then I can restart
When I drop below 90, I am instructed by my PH specialist to turn my oxygen up. I begin exercise higher than normal and turn up as needed. I do not stop if it goes down. I begin rescue breaths... 2 seconds in 4 seconds out... Slowly...
I just slow down and or up my liters of oxygen, find a stride and keep going.
