I have been seeing a regular cardiologist since 2013 for PH & CHF. Current doc refuses to treat for PH. I seeked out a 2nd opinion this week and this NEW grad DR informed me that there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with me, even though I provided labs, test results to include Heart Caths, and Stress test. I have been on Coreg since 2013. IF there is nothing wrong with me them WHY do I need drugs! SO angry it isn't funny anymore!
I finally have a cardiologist that has acknowledged my PH. I was diagnosed with PH last year. I was just told I had it. No additional information about it other than I needed to go on O2 and inhalers. I have very very very mild COPD and do not take anything for it. I was just told my PH was at 45%. Not sure what this means.

The first meeting with my pulmonologist he referred me to a specialist team… read more

A recent study done on lab rats in Spain and another more detailedwrite up as well as an article from about 6 years ago stating this was an effect of PH.
