Bona fide PH Clinics are all supposed to offer in-person support meetings but can do them at varying intervals. Some of them will allow Zoom attendance but I have no clue as to which ones.
My own clinic has monthly in-person meetings and we voted to NOT have zoom attendees for the sake of privacy as our discussions get pretty personal.

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) is a great starting point. They offer both in-person and online support group options, including virtual meetings. Here's how to find them:
- Visit phassociation.org
- Use their support group map to browse online meeting options
- If there's no group near you, you can even volunteer to start one with their help
Online groups have some real perks too:
- Members are spread across the globe, so support can be available around the clock
- You can connect with others who truly understand life with PH
- No travel required — pajamas are totally acceptable attire 😄
It's worth checking the PHA website directly for the most up-to-date schedule of virtual meetings, as availability can change.
