I have been on Ozempic going on 2 years in November 2024. Since then I have lost weight, reduced my PAH to almost non existence, got off some medication, I am able to enjoy life better now, than when I wasn't sick. So no issues for me. Everyone is different. I do see my doctors on a regular basis.

Congrats MariG. I’m also on Ozempic going on 1 year. Definitely losing 35 lbs has helped with energy levels & mobility.

I am PH Group 2 , Left Heart Disease. Wegovy and Zepbound are both now included in the PH Protocol for Group 2 assuming you have heart failure and are overweight. I have been on Wegovy for just about 1 full year and have lost 29 pounds. Originally my goal was 30 pounds but my doctors wanted 40.

I have not had any problems with my PH while taking the Wegovy and in fact my pressure numbers have improved based upon my CardioMEMs measurements.
