Emily: That pretty much describes housecleaning for a lot of us. For me, if I am doing any bending, I struggle to catch my breath. I do dishwasher emptying in 2 trips. The lowest section the first trip, the 2 higher sections (we have a silverware section as the highest) after.

Today I plan to dust 3 or 4 pieces of furniture and do 2 loads of laundry. I’ll leave the second load in the drier till tomorrow morning.

Emily: Remember that ILD is a huge umbrella of over 200 lung disorders. ILD is what MOST pulmonologists deal with.

If you truly have PH, as diagnosed via a right heart Cath, you need an actual and bona fide PH specialist who ONLY deals with PH.
