Anyone here diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension due to scarring from blood clots? The short name for it is CTEPH. It’s WHO Group number 4

Yes very similar to open heart surgery.

Hello @A myPHteam Member I am a PAH CTEPH survivor. I had PET surgery in 4/23.

If you look at the Groups heading near the top of the screen, there is a pull down menu and CTEPH is down at the bottom. Join that group and reach out to a couple of the members.

How was the surgery (basically an open heart surgery right?)

You can also find members here who have CTEPH by putting PTE Surgery in the search field up at the top. A lot of people who have CTEPH have had that surgery to remove clots.
