Good morning I was diagnosed in 2016 having Scleroderma and yes AI did have all the symptoms. And anyone with Scleroderma should have a echo every year to check for PAH!!! My Rheumatologist sent me to a pulmonologist to monitor me for aby lung conditions and to do the ordering for echos. But the pulmonologist skipped a year he didn't order one and it was that year i was having trouble breathing, very short of breath, and finally my Rheumatologist orderd the echo and yes my pressure was severely high. And. If I won't have missed a echi the year before it might not have been so severe. But now I am seeing PH drs and am stable both with Scleroderma and PAH. God bless you.

Scleroderma is an autoimmune condition that can show up in different ways depending on the type. Here are the classic symptoms to be aware of:

- Skin thickening or tightening, especially on the fingers, hands, face, arms, and legs
- Raynaud's phenomenon — fingers or toes turning white or numb in response to cold or stress
- Joint stiffness and pain
- Muscle weakness
- Swollen hands and feet
- Digestive problems, such as trouble swallowing
- Fatigue
- Small red or purple spots on the face or hands (telangiectasia)
- Calcium deposits in connective tissues When scleroderma affects internal organs like the lungs and heart, it can lead to pulmonary hypertension (PH). That's why it's so important to watch for any new or worsening symptoms like shortness of breath, fatigue, chest pain, or leg swelling, and report them to your doctor promptly.

Annual screening for PH is strongly recommended for people living with scleroderma, even before symptoms appear.
