I just got a notice from PAN Foundation that mentions in the text that my Heart Failure Grant, which I applied towards 2 refills of my Jardiance, might also be able to be applied to my health insurance premium. I’ll call them later when I have time to sit on hold but i was wondering if anybody has taken advantage of this.

I’m planning on filing my claim this Monday…with or without all the needed paperwork. They can ask me for further documentation if they want. Or they can just say No. I calculate that i have $893.78 left in my grant that i haven’t used for my Jardiance since I’m now in the catastrophic phase and my Jardiance co-pays are now all zeroed out. If I can get that sent to me to reapply toward my PMI premiums, I’d be very happy. I’ve faxed over a request to PMI for them to send me a report that is laid out more exactly how the claim application wants it…but they are not known for swift turn-around either.
It's just... Well I can't say here what I think about call back and the whole automatic AI algorithm whatchamacallit thing because I'll get in trouble with the administrators... Just keep trying and go ahead with plan B filing a claim. It is what it is!!!
And the robot called me back and said they apologize for not being able to service my inquiry today. Try again tomorrow. Well…I can’t tomorrow or Friday…so I think I will jsut go ahead and get my Physicians Mutual info together and file a clam via the fax at the UPS Store.
I can do what I do best, investigate and come back with answers and
solutions. I do have many friends in medical health insurance, as well as
doctors that are close friends of mine. I can certainly ask, and if you
give me a couple of days, by friday. I can come back with answers and
solutions. This will definitely benefit my wife who has PH and everyone
else, that's curious about this.
About a week ago I was finally able to start getting into the portal. My claim is showing as having been approved but not yet paid as of this past Friday. Keeping my fingers, toes and eyes all crossed.
