I can sit in the sunroom when it is 96 degrees and feel just comfortable. I can't tolerate a/c and my hubbie requires it.

Members discussing iron infusions and always feeling cold shared that being cold all the time is very common, with many pointing to conditions like Hashimoto's, Raynaud's, scleroderma, chronic anemia, and pulmonary hypertension as possible reasons. Several members shared positive experiences with iron infusions, noting increased strength and independence, while others mentioned ongoing challenges with low iron levels despite regular treatment. A recurring theme was the comfort found in community connection, with members exchanging tips like portable heaters, warm baths, and medication alternatives, while also offering prayers and dreaming of an in-person meetup.

Thank you, Mari. Very true some of us are facing medical things daily. It would be wonderful if we all lived close enough to have a PH. PAH lunch day. I know I would love it.

I am so thankful for the iron infusions. I was so weak I could hardly get from one room to another. This week I went to the doctor alone. Then made a walmart trip alone. I haven't done that in a year.

I used to be freezing cold until I started on Remodulin, Opsynvi and Winrevair. Now that my pulmonary artery is open, I’m toasty warm all the time. I spent 40+ years being an ice cube and never knew why.

I, too, am generally cold, but it seems I have a small range of tolerable temperatures. At 75° if doing light housework, I get sweaty and SOB. At ~72° I can do more. If NOT active, I need a sweater or throw.

Ann, like Mari, I would just love such an opportunity. I have not been anywhere since my femur fx. I am getting socially compromised.
