You also had a typo in her name. You have to be sure you type her name in correctly.

Profiles can be erased only if the family or poster herself requests it.

I took a look around too. It is unusual for me to do a team add without sending a greeting too, but I can not find anything after 2023 on my side. Could her profiles be erased? Wasn't her son/grandson supposed to become her care-giver in the legal sense? It seems easy to fall off the boards unnoticed.

I just did that and she has not posted since 2023. Either senior a family member did log on into her account in 2025 but they didn’t post.
