I just want to know. I have 60% of my lung capacity left due to thickened artery walls but I also have high pressure from within the arteries. All caused by hereditary high BP as well as a leaky heart.
I am positive because 90% of how you live is attitude. So I started writing music to keep my head occupied and is starting singing lessons tomorrow, I figured if I have to learn to breathe better it may as well be fun.
You are jamming MichelMans!
When I went to Pulmonary Rehabilitation they said sing. I was like sing, what that has to do with breathing when you can't breathe already.
Well it makes a difference. I can breathe better. However, I still don't have a singing voice, as per my friends and family.
@A myPHteam Member Thank you. I'm actually doing very well. We've brought my pressure numbers down to the "mild/borderline" range through aggressive cardiac treatment and dietary changes.
How did your singing lesson go?
Thank you Mike! 🥰🥰🥰
It went okay. I learnt humming for 60sec everyday opens your sinusses and makes space for extra air. Now I am trying the online way further to limit exposure to germs and bugs. It is winter here now.
