Sometimes there isn't a route cause. Mine is idiopathic.
I do agree, to see another sunrise is a godsend. I am able to get out (my spouse is an idea woman, and most ideas mean building something around the property and at this point able to keep up with her ideas). I think back during my lifetime the abuse I put my body thru (military/law enforcement), and am thankful that I can still go out most days and get work done (74) and still enjoy doing it.
Congratulations on the weight loss @A myPHteam Member. Forget about your knees, we all have knee issues at our age 😆 🤣 😂. My point is, that with all that we are going thru, we are blessed to see another day 🙏.
All of those tests, both above and below the line, are generally given when the thinking is that the PH is idiopathic. Probably except for the Bubble Test which is specific to the heart. (It checks for tiny holes in the heart.)
But these tests can rule out sleep apnea, clotting, and other lung and heart causes.

Im asking becuz my mom has had several tests after being diagnosed, and ultimately they have thrown their hands up and said, “we just don’t know “ There
Are no genetics, non smoker, no family history of heart disease, etc.
therefore, I’m not comfortable accepting that there are not any other testing that is possible to see what is causing this. Becuz obviously something’s gotta be a determining factor here. Am I missing something ?
